In-Room Massage Service Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our in-room massage service with Caroline. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before your massage session. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Strictly Non-Sexual Service
   The massage services provided by Caroline are strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and may lead to further action.
2. Health Conditions & Allergies
   Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries that may affect your treatment before the session begins. This is important to ensure your safety and comfort during the massage.
3. Pregnancy
   For pregnant guests, massage services are available only after the first trimester (3 months). Please inform the therapist if you are pregnant and how far along you are.
4. Hygiene
   For the comfort and hygiene of both the therapist and the guest, please ensure you are clean prior to the massage session.
5. Liability
   While all reasonable care will be taken during your treatment, Gippsland Holidays and the therapist are not responsible for any unforeseen reactions or injuries during or after the session.
6. Late Arrival
   If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings, but the full fee will still apply.
